First Response Medical Care Services - L.L.C was established to bring the standard of care people expect from a leading UAE hospital into the place they would rather be — their own home, room or office.
Our story
Built on a proven model, focused on the capital
We are an offspring of First Response Healthcare, a home healthcare group that has spent years proving a simple idea: for a great many conditions, the patient does not need to travel to the clinician. The clinician can come to the patient.
First Response Medical Care Services - L.L.C takes that model and dedicates it to Abu Dhabi. Our team is based in the city, at Sector Sharq 9_1, Al Danah. We know which towers on Reem need the service lift, which hotel duty managers to call first, and how long the Mussafah run really takes at six in the evening.
That local focus is the point. A patient in Khalifa City should not be an afterthought on a route that started in another emirate. They should be the priority they are — treated by a team that is already here.

Every clinician on our roster is licensed to practise in the United Arab Emirates and screened by our clinical team before their first visit. Our coordinators are trained to triage — so the person who arrives is the right person for the case.
Between them our clinicians and coordinators cover English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog and Russian. Tell us your preference when you book.
